When: 

Nº 6 Apply to wet hair and air dry for lived in texture. Apply sparingly to dry hair to tame frizz and fly-aways.

Nº.3: Use weekly or 2-3 times a week for very damaged hair as the second step in a two-step routine–a pre-shampoo treatment after Nº.0. 

Nº.4: Use daily or any time you cleanse your hair. 

Nº.5: Use after Nº.4 daily or any time you cleanse and condition.

Where: 

Nº 6 Apply product from mid-lengths to the ends. Start with 1/2 pump for shoulder-length hair. Use more for longer, thicker hair. Less for fine or short hair.

Nº.4: Concentrate on the scalp and work through to ends. 

Nº.5: Apply root to tip, focusing on mid-lengths to ends.
