HOW DO I RETURN item(s)?

We are happy to accept returns on some products non-altered or original condition items within 14 days of ship date for replacement, exchange, or full refund. Unfortunately, La Luxury hair cannot accept returns if a product has been show signs of use including, but not limited to, alterations, damage, laundering, odors, stains, or other markings. Additionally, Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged goods. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

If your returned items show signs of use or wear, you will be notified, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
Any order that is placed and subsequently cancelled, amended, or partially returned is subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.

TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN

Please mail item(s) back to us at the address on your box or inside the box . Once your package is received back at our warehouse we will initiate a refund or exchange. Please try to include the original invoice and a note stating what you'd like us to do with your return e.g. replace items with different sizes, provide a full refund, substitute specific items. And write please the reason for refund. Attention! The hair for hair extension are non-refundable and non- exchangeable.
